Fortunately we're flying to Alice Springs for the conference, according to Google Maps if we were driving it would take 1 day 9 hours to cover the 2,776 kms.
My first 'event' will be attending the ALIA National Advisory Congress where one of the major topics will be professional development, a theme I am quite passionate about.
